You know, the funny thing about marketing on social is that there's a million different ideas on what works and what doesn't work. And in today's podcast, The Rancho Cucamonga Report, we're going to grow from zero engagement, zero followers, zero posts into a machine of lead generation within 30 days. And for those of you guys that are in market, I'll put a link to that below. You're actually going to get to download every single Canva template that I build. We'll build everything in Canva, some of it in DaVinci Resolve, but for the most part, we'll build it all in Canva. 80 plus percent of it is going to be faceless content, which means it doesn't matter what I look like, doesn't matter if I'm good at video or not, it is all faceless content.



And I'm not saying that we're going to get 100,000 followers in 30 days, but I'm also not going to say that we're going to get five. It'll be somewhere between five followers and 30 million. You can be the judge of where you think we're going to end up. My point in doing this is to show you a couple of things. We can use Instagram as a lead generation machine. It doesn't have to be us documenting what our kids are doing every single weekend. In fact, I would argue that we are at the stage of Instagram, that if that's the only reason you're using

Instagram, nobody's probably looking at your content unless your kids are gorgeous, unless you're gorgeous, unless you're doing stuff that's questionable or viral. It's really hard just to use this as the way that it was originally intended for. So it's okay to have multiple handles. It's okay to have multiple accounts. It's okay to use an account just for lead generation.

This is not your brand per se. This is more of a, hey, how many people can I get this content in front of and how many people that the content is placed in front of are willing to give me their email address for an exchange of our report or some valuable piece of information. This can happen on purpose. It doesn't happen on accident. Nobody goes viral on accident. Sometimes some people do, but it happens once forever and they never are able to achieve it again, right? So there is a format and a formula that you can abide by to where people will share your content as long as Instagram knows, hey, every time that Steve posts something on the Carlsbad report, he probably wants to talk to people that live in Carlsbad. So let's beta test this and show this to some

Carlsbad people. And if they like it, we're going to continue to do it. Now, if you do three Carlsbad posts and then one post around San Diego, you're hurting yourself because now Instagram doesn't know where to show your stuff, right? So we need to condition the algorithm that every time

I post, I want you to show this to the same people over and over and over and over again. And if you just stay there, your Instagram account will grow, right? Like I've noticed because we've done this for countless other agents, you know, in other markets, high price markets, low price markets, it works everywhere. But the instant you jump markets or the instant you jump topics or the instant you do a whole bunch of really good real estate videos, and then you upload a picture of what you did for Valentine's day, you are hurting your growth on Instagram. That's not what it's for. If you want to create an account to where you, you, you know, you're, it's like your personal history of your life, that's totally cool. But don't ever believe that that account is going to be the one that's going to get you real estate deals. We should use two totally different ones, all right? I'm going to document this whole thing.
